Reservations
To make your reservations "firm",
( Rooms and Tours or Car Rentals), we need your credit card
number, validation date and full name. This credit card information
can be e mailed to us using our secure server reservation
form, or send this information by fax to (506) 258-4900!!!
We do not charge your credit card in advance,
your card information only goes on file as a reservation guarantee.
You decide after your arrival, if you want to pay Cash or with
Traveller Cheques or use your Credit Card!

We offer metal locker storage facilities to
our guest. We can not assume any responsibilities for damages
or lost items!
You can store your Flight Tickets, Traveller Cheques etc.
in our Hotel Safe, while you travel the country, this service
is free of charge too, but we will not assume any responsibilities
for losses!During your stay, please use our digital room safes,
to store all your valuables, we do not charge anything
for the use of the room safe and do not assume any responsibilities
for losses of any kind at the Hotel Facilities!Guest Policy!

Policy!
All adult guests have to be registered at
the reception desk with either Passport or ID before entering
a room, the charge is $ 13.- plus Tax(16%) for any extra Person
in room.
Cancellation Policy
To make sure, that nothing gets lost and to
prevent misunderstandings, we must insist, that all cancellations
have to be made in writing, by email or Fax and will be answered
by us the same way. We do not accept cancellations by phone!You
can cancel your room reservations without any cancellation fee
up to 24 hours prior to your reservation date. If you cancel
less than 24 hours prior to your reservation date, or don`t
show up, you will be charged one night only as "NO SHOW".
All tours and rent a car reservations have to be cancelled 72
hours prior to the reservation date. Cancellations less than
72 hours, will be charged the amount of the tour value or if
regarding a rent a car, the value of one day rent only! All
Tours reserved through us, have to be paid in Cash or Traveller
Cheques not by Credit Card!, since we are only "Agents"
for the Tour Operator, otherwise we have to charge a 6% surcharge
on all Tours, if you want to pay them with your Credit Card,
or if we have to charge you a "NO SHOW"! All reservations
for rooms can be paid with Credit Card ! Except special reduced
rates like monthly rate, which always will be payable Cash only
or by Traveller Cheques!We strongly advice you to bring only
US$ Cash or Traveller Cheques. Any other currency will be
very difficult to be exchanged to Colones and if, only with
a very high loss for you!The Hotel is 24 Hours open and "late
check in" is no problem.

4 doors, costs about $ 450.- per week during high Season (December
to March), Taxes and Insurance included. During "Green
Season" the Rate is approximately $ 350.- per week. The
Deductible varies from $ 800.- to $ 1.000.-. The car will be
delivered to the Hotel at the requested date and time! If we
do these arrangements for you, you have to authorize, that we
pass on your credit card information to the Car Rental Company
or Tour Operater, to get you a firm reservation. For further

These quoted Rates are only estimates to give
you a rough idea, we always get your best daily quote after
knowing your exact dates!On most Tours, we can offer you a 10%
Discount , check actual discounted rates on our Tours

can book everything in advance, so you don`t loose valuable
time! The pick up is at our Hotel Door Step, to your convenience,
except the Tortuga Island Tour, where the pick up is at the
Holiday Inn, just 5 minutes walk away from our Hotel. Rates
